Now Hiring - Freight Sales Agent in Camas, WA

Rapid Freight is asset based trucking company. We are expending out brokerage division. We are currently seeking experienced freight brokers. Current book of business is preferred.

Job Description

• This position will require brokers to secure new accounts and to maintain current accounts.
• Generating leads for potential customers ( Extensive leads will be given
• Provide a correct quote to the customer
• Book orders with carriers ( We are a new brokerage so need to be able to complete carrier broker setup packets)
• Dispatch and entry order into TMS
• Tracking status of loads
• Update customers on the status of shipments and assist with other inquiries (problem-solving methods)
• Knowledgeable of market trends in transportation is a plus
• Experience using DAT / Truckstop / ITS Dispatch is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
